Earning Potential
Earn 10-20% commissions on all closed deals that you refer to TEF.
Example : For every 1,000 dollars in earned commissions that TEF Received on a completed Transaction. You the Referral partner will receive up to $200.00
Example: For every 100,000 dollars in Earned Commissions that TEF Receives on a completed Transaction. You the Referral Partner will receive up to $20,000.
Referral Partners will be considered a 1099 Contractor and will receive a 1099 each January for paid out commissions.
Commission Payouts will be paid by ACH Transfer to your Bank Account.
No paperwork needed to start but prior to your first ;oan referral closing, you will need to fill out a W-9 and provide us with your Direct Deposit information.
